Metal Hole Punch Pliers (Beaducation.com)

Steps
1. Set the copper circle on the bench block. Hold the design stamp upright and tap it with the hammer. Without moving the stamp end, rock the handle of the stamp left, right, back, and forth, tapping it once each time. Stamp a pattern all over the circle.
2. Ink the stamped circle with a Sharpie. Use the polishing pad to buff the surface, leaving a dark patina in the design.
3. Set the aluminum circle on the bench block and stamp a word in the center. Use the nail to stamp a border of dots. Ink and polish the stamped design.
4. Punch a hole in the top of the word circle. Use it as a template to punch a hole in the copper circle. Punch a hole in the sequin.
5. Press the pinch bail together through the sequin, aluminum circle, and copper circle. Feed the ribbon through and tie the ends.
